This light and airy executive home nestles within a beautiful natural conservation area, surrounded by tranquil woodland and sparkling lakes.

It is elegantly furnished throughout, providing style and sumptuous comfort. This enchanting villa backs directly onto woodland and is west facing, providing the warmth of the sun from sunrise to sunset.

We believe we have provided features for everyone, from x-box to ironing board, from high chair to ice maker, from luxury pool and spa to multi region DVD player, we hope you will find all you need. Laurel Oak Villa has 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, allowing you to sleep up to 8 people. The master suite offers a king size bed with bright covers giving a tropical feel. Ensuite facilities complete this area.

The second master bed, also ensuite has a queen size bed. Both master suites have their own remote controlled TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both equipped with twin beds and share the third bathroom. Two living areas allow for ample space if sharing with another family, with a family dining area as well as a breakfast nook area, too. The open plan kitchen offers all modern conveniences. There's also a fully equipped laundry room.

We've included a games room too – so no reason for anyone to be bored! There's an 8ft pool table, a table tennis table and foosball – something for everyone.

Ready for outdoors? The extended deck allows for plenty of room for the luxury loungers located around the sparkling pool and spa. With conservation land and woodland beyond you have a secluded and private area for all that sun-bathing! And if you need a bit of shade on this west facing deck you have the benefit of the covered lanai where we have provided a table and chairs so you can even enjoy an snack outside.

We hope we have thought of everything when adding a foldaway cot and a highchair for the little ones, hairdryers and complete linens and towels for use during your stay. We hope you enjoy it all as much as we do.

We kindly remind you that this is a self catering vacation rental. You'll be provided with some starter dishwasher tabs, hand soaps, toilet paper and trash bags. Any additional consumable items such as the items just mentioned, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc. are the guests responsibility. Feel free to contact us if you have additional questions about these items.The minimum booking age of the lead party must be atleast 25 yrs old. We also do require all loose trash be bagged and placed in the bin for collection prior to departure.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property (including Vape). A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the smoking policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home.

Major theme parks are located only 20 minutes drive away or about 17 miles, outlet shopping is only about 15 minutes drive.
