The home is just over 2700 sq.ft. under AC.

Downstairs as you enter through the front door you will be greeted by a contemporary living room and formal dining room. Just off to your right is a twin and double bedroom. The living room has a large LG smart TV that you may use to stream any service you may have

Continue past the entrance and there is the updated kitchen will new Samsung stainless steel appliances. There is also a breakfast nook overlooking the pool and pond area.
Just off the kitchen is the family room which also has a smart flat screen TV along with blueray player Off the family room is a half bathroom.

Just past the family room you will find the fist master bedroom with King size bed, large flat screen TV with a writing desk if some work needs to be done. The en-suite bathroom has a door leading out to the pool area and has a garden tub, dual vanity and a stand alone shower.

Just next to the master bedroom is another two twin bedroom which has a TV . Just across the hallway is a full bathroom with shower. Finally the laundry room with full size washer dryer is downstairs as well.

Head upstairs and you will find a loft area with small sofa for relaxed reading and a mini fridge to keep chilled drinks on hand. There is another large King master bedroom with large flat screen TV with cable service. The bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with shower.

In the middle area there is a twin Captain America themed room which shares a bathroom with the final Queen sized bedroom. The queen bedroom also has a large flat screen TV.


Step outside and you'll see this is where you'll want to spend most of your day. The large pool deck offers a covered porch area for shade. The pool has a shallow walking / wading area. The view is truly spectacular overlooking the calm pond.

The home has a solar pool heater which is on at no additional cost but in the winter months electric pool heat is required to keep the pool warm and this is an additional cost to the rental.

We kindly remind you that this is a self catering vacation rental. You'll be provided with some starter dishwasher tabs, hand soaps, toilet paper and trash bags. Any additional consumable items such as the items just mentioned, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc. are the guests responsibility. Feel free to contact us if you have additional questions about these items. The minimum booking age of the lead party must be atleast 25 yrs old. We also do require all loose trash be bagged and placed in the bin for collection prior to departure.

If you did not request pool/spa heat when placing your booking and would like to add this service, please contact us at least a week prior to your arrival, as most pools take up to 24-48 hours to heat from the time it is turned on. If you arrive and wish to add this service, there is a USD 50.00 call out fee in addition to the daily pool/spa heat fees. Gas pool heaters is $40 per day plus tax. Electric pool heat is $30.00 per day plus tax. Pool/spa heat has a 4 consecutive day minimum.

Pool heat is set between 83°F and 86°F. We are unable to adjust this setting. If the temperature is in this range and it is not comfortable for you, the only option would be to turn the pool heat off. There are no refunds provided when this situation occurs.

Spa Heat
If the home has a spa, you must purchase pool heat for it to be warmed. The spa can only be heated by the pool heater. If you purchase pool heat, the spa can only be heated to 100, as the spa is not a hot tub.

Pool Heat and Extreme Low Outdoor Temperatures
All pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which automatically shut off if the outside temperature drops below 50°F. This is a protective mechanism to prevent the pool pump from breaking by over exhausting to compensate for the cooler weather. In this case, the water temperature will indeed fall. Heat will automatically restart once the outside temperature reaches 50°F. Please note there are no refunds provided when this situation occurs. Pool/spa Heating is only available from Oct 1 through April 30.
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property (including Vape). A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the smoking policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the home. If a pet is in the home, the guests will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the pet policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home.


This home is located in the Liberty Village community just off of Poinciana Blvd. in Kissimmee, FL
The home is approximately 20 minutes to Disney World, 25 minutes to Universal Orlando Resort and 22 minutes to SeaWorld Orlando.
East or West coast beaches are approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes away.
There are numerous golf courses, shopping and grocery stores withing a few minutes of the property.
